01Who is responsible?

02What data?
If you join the waitlist: your email address, proof of your consent, the page language and the sign-up date. No IP address is recorded.
03Why?
Only to tell you when dotation.app launches. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR article 6.1.a).
04For how long?
As long as the waitlist exists. You can ask for your address to be deleted at any time.
05Where is it stored?
At OVHcloud, in Beauharnois (Quebec, Canada), a country recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection. Backups are encrypted.
06Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, withdrawal of consent: write to contact@dotation.app. You can also contact your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL, cnil.fr).
07Cookies and local storage
This site uses no cookies and no audience-measurement tools. It only remembers your theme choice (light or dark) in your browser’s storage, without sending it to anyone.
